Our Unblock Nursing Tea contains a blend of powerful herbs to help ease the discomfort of:

Steeping:
Amount of water will vary with desired taste.
Pour 1 cup hot water over 1 tablespoon of tea. Allow to steep for 8-10 minutes then strain. Multiply recipe for larger batches.
Drink 1-2 cups daily to help prevent and unblock clogged ducts.

Chrysanthemum Flowers
Chrysanthemum flowers have repeatedly been shown to have antibacterial and antimicrobial effects, which can help prevent the growth and spread of bacteria as well as other microorganisms. It is effective in fighting infections, especially combined with the other minerals it contains.
Burdock Root
Burdock Root is full fatty oils and antioxidants which help reduce inflammation throughout the body.
Dandelion Root
Dandelion contains taraxasterol, a compound known for having significant antioxidant properties that combat inflammation. It belongs to the category of “Herbs that clear Heat and relieve Toxicity”. That makes it ideal to deal with occasional clogged ducts. It also increases milk production.
Licorice Root
Glycyrrhizin is the component in licorice which blocks and relieves inflammation. It also supports the body's release of cortisol (which suppresses the immune system), but it also inhibits some of the side effects of cortisol (such as adrenal fatigue and anxiety).
Turmeric Root
Turmeric is an extremely effective anti-inflammatory herb, and thus an effective pain reliever. It contains at least two chemicals (curcumin and curcuminoids) which decrease inflammation.
Eleuthero
Eleuthero, also known as Siberian Ginseng, has been an herb occupying a significant place in Chinese medicine for thousands of years as an adaptogen. By increasing immune cell production of the body, Eleuthero helps boost the immune system. By boosting the immune system, Eleuthero may help speed up the healing process.
Cinnamon
Cinnamon not only adds to the flavor of this tea, they also have antibacterial, antiviral and anti-inflammatory properties.
Angelica
Angelica is a herb used in Chinese medicine to enrich blood, promote blood circulation and modulate the immune system. It is an antioxidant and anti-inflammatory.
Ginger
Ginger also contains salicylates, which your body transforms into a chemical substance called salicylic acid. Salicylic acid prevents your nerves making certain prostaglandins and this eases pain and discomfort.
Echinacea
Echinacea contains active substances that boost immune function, relieve pain, reduce inflammation, and have hormonal, antiviral, and antioxidant effects.
