Sustainably sourced, organic Ingredients: Fennel Seeds, Meadowsweet, Holy Basil, chopped Licorice Root, Cinnamon Bark, Ginger Root, Spearmint, Cardamom Pods.

Steeping:

Amounts of water will vary with desired taste.

Pour 1 cup hot water over 1 tablespoon tea. Steep for 10-15 minutes then strain.
