Our organically grown ingredients and how they help:

Ashwagandha

Ashwagandha has been shown to improve sleep quality and reduce the frequency of insomnia in women. It works by regulating the production of stress hormones and promoting relaxation. Ashwagandha has been shown to reduce the severity of premenstrual syndrome (PMS) symptoms such as cramps, bloating, and mood swings.

Calendula

Calendula supports integrity of the skin cells internally and externally.

Rose

The herbal actions of the rose are pretty impressive. It's nutrient-rich, astringent, diuretic and anti-inflammatory and also used for uplifting the spirits, for grief, PMS, upset tummy, sore throats, colds and during the menopause.

Dandelion Root

Dandelion root supports blood sugar regulation, reduces cholesterol levels, aids blood pressure, has an anti-inflammatory effect, aids in a healthy digestion, supports liver health, and has antioxidant properties to reduce cell damage.

Holy Basil

Holy basil helps manage stress, eases anxiety, has anti-inflammatory, antiviral and antibacterial properties, promotes wound healing, improves blood sugar levels, improves cholesterol levels.

Licorice

Licorice root's phytoestrogens react with estrogen receptors and reduce prostaglandins to restore hormonal equilibrium. This can seriously improve quality of life in grown women without the risky side effects associated with pharmaceutical hormone replacement therapy.

Lemon Balm

Lemon balm is considered a calming herb. It is used  to reduce stress and anxiety, promote sleep, improve appetite, and ease pain and discomfort from indigestion (including gas and bloating, as well as colic).

Meadowsweet

Meadowsweet is a cooling, aromatic and astringent herb that relieves pain. Meadowsweet is also excellent as an herb for general stomach upset and nausea. It helps with stomach ache and also aids stagnant digestion (either chronic stagnation or that feeling you get after eating too much).
