Sweet Sleep Tea

Like a lullaby in a cup, this sweet blend of sleep-inducing herbs will relax your mind and body to help prepare you for a wonderful restorative night's sleep. Drink a cup an hour before bedtime so the herbs can start to work their magic before your head hits the pillow. 

Sustainably sourced, organic ingredients: Chamomile Flowers, Linden Flowers, Catmint Leaf, Passionflower, Hops, Orange Peel, Lavender Buds.

Steeping:

Amount of water will vary with desired taste.

Pour 1 cup of hot water over 1 tablespoon of tea. Allow to steep for 5 minutes, then strain. Multiply recipe for a larger batch.
