Our organically grown ingredients and how they help:

Ashwagandha

Ashwagandha is arguably the most well rounded adaptogen because it restores adrenal balance and allows the body to cope with ongoing stress and fatigue.

Skullcap

For centuries, Skullcap has been used to treat nervousness. It positively impacts mood and reduces anxiety by stimulating gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), a neurotransmitter that helps calm nerves. Notably, this plant was used in traditional medicine practices as a sedative and treatment for conditions like insomnia and anxiety.

Chamomile

Chamomile is commonly used as a mild sleep-inducer. It is particularly effective at making you feel sleepy because of its chemical structure. The plant extract contains apigenin, a chemical compound that induces sleepiness when it binds to the GABA receptors in the brain.

Passionflower

Passionflower boosts the level of gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) in your brain. This compound lowers brain activity, which may help you relax and sleep better.

Valerian Root

Valerian root has health benefits that include treating insomnia, anxiety, headaches, and stress.

Lemon Balm

Lemon balm can increase neuronal activity, which boosts alertness and concentration. improves learning and memory while decreasing anxiety by reducing cortisol levels. Lemon balm has shown particular effectiveness against candida–a type of yeast that can cause brain fog, digestive issues, exhaustion and more

Holy Basil

Holy basil, a simple herbal adaptogen, may help at a number of levels. It can add a calming effect for an anxious mind and reduce the tendency to keep the stress response going. It can slow the release of cortisol, and once it is released, holy basil blocks the cortisol receptors, limiting the damage it can do.

Motherwort

A traditional use of motherwort is to help reduce rapid or irregular heart rate caused by stress or anxiety.
