Sweet Sleep Tea

Like a lullaby in a cup, this sweet blend of sleep-inducing herbs will relax your mind and body to help prepare you for a wonderful restorative night's sleep. Drink a cup an hour before bedtime so the herbs can start to work their magic before your head hits the pillow. This blend has hops in it, so if you have depression or an oestrogenic condition avoid using. 

Sustainably sourced, organic ingredients: Chamomile Flowers, Linden Flowers, Catmint Leaf, Passionflower, Hops, Orange Peel, Lavender Buds.

Steeping:

Amount of water will vary with desired taste.

Pour 1 cup of hot water over 1 tablespoon of tea. Allow to steep for 5 minutes, then strain. Multiply recipe for a larger batch.
