Healthy skin care can begin with the plants we use both inside and out. In this one-hour class, we’ll explore herbs traditionally valued for soothing, nourishing, and supporting the skin, including calendula, plantain, rose, chamomile, violet, and nettle. We’ll discuss the differences between teas, infused oils, salves, washes, and compresses, along with basic safety and patch testing. The class includes herbal tastings, demonstrations, and a printed reference handout.
$20 per person
Class length: One hour
Tea tastings and printed materials included
