Post Exercise Restore Tea

Enjoy this revitalizing tea after working out to restore energy, soothe tired muscles, and reduce inflammation. Tumeric and a little honey help to balance your blood sugar, while damiana induces an instant sense of wellbeing. Taken in large quantities, licorice may exacerbate high blood pressure, so it is best avoided if this applies to you. Note also that meadowsweet is not suitable for people who are allergic to aspirin. 

Sustainably sourced, organic ingredients: Meadowsweet, Passionflower, Peppermint, Lemon Balm, Wild Yam Root, Damiana Leaf, Licorice Root, Turmeric.


Amount of water will vary with desired taste.

Pour 1 cup of hot water over 1 tablespoon of tea. Allow to steep for 10 minutes, then strain. Sweeten with a little honey. Multiply recipe for a larger batch.
