Our organically grown ingredients and how they help:

Vervain

Vervain is known to be very effective in treating stress and anxiety. It can also help to improve digestion and relieve pain. Additionally, vervain has anti-inflammatory properties that make it helpful in treating conditions like arthritis and asthma.

Skullcap

For centuries, Skullcap has been used to treat nervousness. It positively impacts mood and reduces anxiety by stimulating gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), a neurotransmitter that helps calm nerves. Notably, this plant was used in traditional medicine practices as a sedative and treatment for conditions like insomnia and anxiety.

Passionflower

Passionflower boosts the level of gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) in your brain. This compound lowers brain activity, which may help you relax and sleep better.

Valerian Root

Valerian root has health benefits that include treating insomnia, anxiety, headaches, and stress.

 Meadowsweet

The primary use of meadowsweet in naturopathy focuses on the herb as a gentle pain and fever remedy, to address mild forms of rheumatoid arthritis as well as for flu infections. Meadowsweet herb tea has an excellent soothing effect on colds and flu infections. It not only reduces fever, but also relieves pain and helps to reduce swelling of the mucous membranes.

Echinacea

Echinacea contains active substances that boost immune function, relieve pain, reduce inflammation, and have hormonal, antiviral, and antioxidant effects.

Turmeric

Turmeric is used to treat arthritis, digestive disorders, respiratory infections, allergies, liver disease, depression, and many others.
