Discover how herbs can support the body during times of everyday stress in this welcoming one-hour class taught by herbalist Leslie Pearson at Curate Essentials.
We’ll explore the differences between nervines and adaptogens and take a closer look at chamomile, lemon balm, holy basil, passionflower, and skullcap. You’ll learn about each herb’s traditional uses, botanical family, growing habits, flavor, and important safety considerations.
During the class, we’ll taste chamomile, lemon balm, and holy basil individually before sampling Curate’s finished Stress and Anxiety Therapy Tea blend. Tasting is always optional.
Each student will receive a printed reference handout to continue learning from at home.
