Sustainably sourced, organic Ingredients: Echinacea Root, Elderberry, Yarrow, Peppermint, Cinnamon Bark, Ginger Root.
Amount of water will vary with desired taste.
Pour 1 cup hot water over 1 tablespoon of tea. Steep for 5 minutes then strain. Sweeten with honey and serve with a slice of lemon. Multiply recipe for larger batches.
