Head Cold/ Sinus Relief Tea

Even the healthiest of us succumb to sinus issues every now and then. This comforting tea will not only help you to feel better, it will also support your body in fighting off the virus. Echinacea is known for boosting the immune system and cutting down the length of colds. Drink a nice hot cup before wrapping yourself in blankets and snuggling up somewhere warm. 

Sustainably sourced, organic Ingredients: Echinacea Root, Elderberry, Yarrow, Peppermint, Cinnamon Bark, Ginger Root, Goldenrod, Marshmallow Root, Meadowsweet, Turmeric 

Steeping:

Amount of water will vary with desired taste.

Pour 1 cup hot water over 1 tablespoon of tea. Steep for 5-8 minutes then strain. Sweeten with honey and serve with a slice of lemon. Multiply recipe for larger batches.
