Infertility is unfortunately becoming a common problem in today's world. There are many thoughts on why this may be the case, but whatever the cause, there are herbs that can help. Red clover is a powerful herb to use when preparing for pregnancy, as it is very nourishing to the reproductive system. Red raspberry leaf tones the uterus and gets it ready for supporting a growing baby. Nettles and dandelion root are rich in vitamins and minerals, helping to put the woman in a place of optimum wellness prior to pregnancy. Hibiscus flowers are optional for improving the flavor and adding vitamin C. Please consult with your doctor or midwife before using this infusion, especially if you are on any kind of fertility medication.
