Bergamot (Citrus bergamia) essential oil is produced by expression of the peels of the fruit. Bergamot is fresh, light, citrusy and uplifting. Bergamot blends well with many floral, herbal and citrus essential oils. It has refreshing, relaxing and uplifting effects on the psyche.

Directions for Use:
Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of your choice.
Topical use: Apply one to two drops to desired area. Dilute with a carrier oil to minimize any skin sensitivity.
