Chill Out Tea

Our Chill Out Tea contains a blend of traditionally cooling herbs designed to support temperature balance, relaxation, and summer hydration.

Sustainably sourced, organic ingredients: Spearmint, Lavender buds, Hibiscus, Lemon Balm, and Holy Basil.

Steeping:

Amount of water will vary with desired taste.

Pour 1 cup hot water over 1 tablespoon of tea. Allow to steep for 5 minutes then strain. Multiply recipe for larger batches. Drink 1-2 cups daily.

Spearmint
