Our organically grown ingredients and how they help:

Hibiscus

Regular consumption of hibiscus tea for diabetes can help to reduce your blood sugar levels as well as help reduce inflammation. It may also help reduce as well as better manage your blood pressure levels. Hibiscus tea can also help in reducing insulin resistance in the body.

Ginger Root

Ginger has been shown to modulate insulin release. Ginger promotes glucose clearances in insulin responsive peripheral tissues, which is crucial in maintaining blood glucose homeostasis.

Holy Basil (Tulsi)

According to various studies, consuming Tulsi may help improve pancreatic beta-cell function and insulin secretion.

Cinnamon

Cinnamon is commonly known for its culinary applications, but research also highlights its potential therapeutic effects. Research suggests that cinnamon can help to improve blood sugar levels and increase insulin sensitivity.

Turmeric

Turmeric’s primary active component is curcumin, which is responsible for many of the spice’s proposed benefits, including blood sugar control.

Fenugreek

Fenugreek seeds are high in soluble fiber, which helps with lowering blood sugar levels by slowing down digestion and the absorption of carbohydrates.

Milk Thistle

Milk thistle has shown to lower blood sugar in people who have type 2 diabetes.

Sage

Common sage is among the plants that are claimed to be beneficial to diabetic patients, and previous studies have suggested that some of its extracts have hypoglycaemic effects in normal and diabetic animals.
