Lymphatic Detox

Keep your lymphatic system in working order with our Lymphatic Detox tea.

Your lymphatic system is your body’s built-in sanitation center, the plumbing that carries away and filters out poisonous waste products from every cell, tissue and organ. It absorbs fats and fat-soluble vitamins from the digestive tract and delivers them to the cells of the body. It is also an essential part of the immune system that maintains fluid levels, fights infection and produces disease fighting white blood cells.

Lymphatic congestion is a major factor leading to inflammation and disease. If the lymph is not flowing well, the cells are poisoned from their own waste and the lymph fluid becomes a toxic cesspool, resulting in fatigue, swelling, infection, inflammation, and disease.

Our organically grown ingredients and how they help:

Red Clover

Red Clover is a detoxifying herb that is known as a blood purifier. It has a particularly strong action on the lymphatic system, helping to improve flow and drainage.

Burdock Root

Burdock Root is another powerful cleansing herb that purifies the blood, stimulates circulation, and promotes lymphatic flow. Like red clover, burdock is highly beneficial for skin issues because it cleans out toxins and helps to cool inflammation. Along with relieving lymphatic congestion, burdock also helps to detox your liver.

Calendula

Calendula is one of the best herbs for lymphatic drainage because it contains bitter compounds and antioxidants that stimulate detoxification. Herbalist Rosemary Gladstar recommends calendula as a top choice for swollen lymph nodes and decongesting the lymph network.

Echinacea

Echinacea is typically thought of as an immune-boosting herb, but it also stimulates lymphatic flow and helps clear out congestion. In fact, this may be one of the reasons echinacea helps your body deal with infections- by promoting the movement of white blood cells.

Astragalus

Astragalus is another immune-enhancing herb that also promotes lymphatic drainage. It's frequently used in traditional Chinese medicine and helps to lessen congestion in the whole body.

Dandelion Root

The diuretic and detoxing nature of dandelion helps to regulate hormones facilitating removal of toxins through sweat, bile and urine.
