Lemongrass (Cymbopogon citratus) essential oil from India is produced from the grass, and its aroma is fresh, invigorating and uplifting. While it’s widely known for its anti-bacterial qualities, used to disinfect and repel insects, it also has sedative qualities, making it wonderful to balance mood, mitigate anxiety and assist in sleep. It’s wonderful in a variety of blends, from sleep to cleaning, as well as beautiful diffused on its own.

Directions for Use:
Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of your choice.
Topical use: Apply one to two drops to desired area. Dilute with a carrier oil to minimize any skin sensitivity.
