Children's Calming Tea

Children can easily become overstimulated. When it comes time to bring your child back to center, this calming tea can really help. Catnip, Lemon Balm and Chamomile are amazing herbal allies for children, as they have a gentle calming effect that promotes relaxation and sleep. All three of these herbs have the added benefit of being good for children's digestion.

In the summertime, pour this tea into small popsicle molds for a fun, healthy and relaxing treat.

We recommend doing a patch test by rubbing a little bit of the tea on the back of the hand or inner arm to see if there is any reaction before consuming, especially with younger babies.
