Bee Pollen Granules

Bee pollen is a mixture of flower pollen, nectar, enzymes, honey, wax and bee secretions. Foraging honey bees collect pollen from plants and transport it to the beehive, where it’s stored and used as food for the colony.

Bee pollen is considered a super food because it is loaded with nutrients, amino acids, vitamins, lipids and over 250 active substances including proteins, carbs, lipids, fatty acids, vitamins, minerals, enzymes and antioxidants.

Adults can consume bee pollen a ¼ teaspoon at a time, then increase their daily intake to two tablespoons a day. Children can eat bee pollen, too, and should start with only a few granules.
