Lactation Boost Tea

For women who are committed to breastfeeding, it can be disheartening if their supply of breast milk drops. This tea can be very helpful to promote lactation if this happens. Fenugreek is an effective traditional remedy that has been used for centuries for increasing milk supply, and both red raspberry leaf, nettle leaf, and fennel seed also support healthy lactation. Stinging nettle is believed to stimulate milk production and increase the supply of breast milk in breastfeeding mothers. It is generally considered safe to begin taking nettle immediately after giving birth, and it can be continued for an extended period of time. Fennel has been shown to travel through breast milk, easing colic and wind in your baby.

Sustainably sourced, organic ingredients: Fenugreek Seeds, Red Raspberry Leaf, Fennel Seeds, Nettle Leaf, Peppermint Leaf.
